STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

LCL Logistics Southern Africa (PTY) LTD

1. Agreement

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") shall govern all sales of products and services by LCL Logistics Southern Africa (PTY) LTD. Any purchase order or agreement entered into with the Seller shall be subject to these Terms, which take precedence over any conflicting terms or conditions presented by the buyer.

2. Prices

Prices for products and services are as stated in the Seller's quotation or as mutually agreed upon in writing. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by the Seller.

3. Payment
